• Top 5 Halloween Costume Ideas

    Date Published: September 9th, 2017
With only a couple of days left in September, another holiday looms on the horizon. That’s right Halloween is just around the corner, and if you’re like most students you haven’t given much thought to what you’ll dress up as. With so many options it’s hard to narrow down to “the one” which is why I compiled a list of the top five costume ideas. (Note: these aren't listed in any order.)
    1.    Beauty and the Beast
Considering the impact this film had on the World-Wide Box Office (it grossed 900 million dollars) it should come as no surprise that many will want to dress as one of its feature characters. From Belle to the Beast the options are practically endless.

    2.    Baywatch
Even though this film wasn’t a hit at the box office its symbols remain iconic in pop culture. Plus, it gives you an excuse to associate yourself with post-High School Musical era, Zac Efron.

    3.    Game of Thrones

Winter is coming and so is Halloween which is why a Game of Thrones costume is a great idea. In its seven seasons of airtime Game of Thrones has introduced us to a plethora of characters the most popular however are: Daenerys and the King of the North, Jon Snow.

    4.    Wonder Woman
Wonder Woman introduced the world to the first female-led superhero film and as you may expect it was a big deal. This is easily the safest costume option for those wanting a recognizable character.

    5.    Despicable Me 3 - Minions
This is a Halloween classic and considering the latest installment of the series was released this past summer I’d expect to see many minions. YouTube and Pinterest have made this a super easy costume to DIY, and if you already own overalls and yellow shirt you already have the makings of a recognizable costume.
